Cocobolo brings together experienced planners, architects, ecologists, and construction leads. The planners behind Canopy transform field insights and regional ecology into a site plan that allows homes and habitat to thrive together. We coordinate closely with local partners and trades, and we are accountable to long-term stewardship goals.  At the end of the day, we are all working together to build a beach community that protects the landscape and improves quality of life for owners, neighbors, and the coast.
